MEAL PLANNING PAGES WITHįor those of you who come to Meal Planning Mommies on a regular basis, you know that almost all of my (Alisha’s) posts give information that is relevant and helpful for those who are following their Weight Watcher smart points plan. This type of meal plan can be especially helpful for someone who is trying to stick to a certain way of eating and are still getting used to it. This is great for someone who wants to map out the whole week. I buy breakfast foods, but I don’t plan them all out and take lots of time cooking them up in the morning, if that makes sense.Ĭlick on the picture below for a meal plan that offers a place to write in your breakfasts, snacks, lunches, dinners, and desserts for each day of the week. This is perfect for those who cook dinner for the whole family, but take care of breakfast and lunches on their own. MEAL PLAN WITH ONE WEEK OF DINNERSĬlick on the picture below for a meal plan that gives you space to write out your dinners and the sides to go with them, along with a place to jot down what ingredients you will be needing for each dinner. One set is perfect for planning just your dinners and another set is perfect for planning and/or tracking all of your meals and snacks for the whole week on one page. I have made a couple of different sets of meal planning pages to accommodate the different ways you may meal plan. There is no space on this one to write in the dinners you will be making, but you can scroll down to the meal planning pages below to keep track of that separately. This next grocery list has extra room for miscellaneous items that do not fall under the categories provided, and it includes lines to write on. I find that we have less wasted food this way and it’s nice to get a break from cooking every once in a while. That may sound weird, but I plan my week’s this way so we can use up the leftovers on that extra day, or we have a family night out at a restaurant. I always plan six dinners in my meal plans. It has a place in the lower right hand corner to write in what dinners you will be making each week. This first grocery list uses the same format that I use when I make the weekly meal plans on Meal Planning Mommies. I am sharing two types of grocery lists today.
